Dubai-based real estate platform Property Finder has secured $170 million in fresh financing, bringing its total equity and debt funding to nearly $1 billion.
Abu Dhabi’s sovereign wealth fund Mubadala Investment Co. contributed $75 million to the round, while another unnamed UAE sovereign fund also invested $75 million. Property Finder’s first investor, Saudi-backed BECO Capital, participated in the deal as well.
The latest fundraising follows a $525 million round in September 2025, which saw participation from global investment giant Blackstone, and $250 million in debt financing from Ares Management and HSBC.
Property Finder operates amid Dubai’s booming real estate market, fueled by rapid population growth and construction projects. The region’s property sector has proven resilient, despite some competitors, such as classifieds platform Dubizzle, canceling their IPOs after reporting years of losses.
Industry analysts note that sovereign wealth funds appear to be backing Property Finder as the leading property portal in the UAE, positioning it as a major player in one of the world’s most active real estate markets.
