Park Hyatt Dubai has announced the appointment of Mr. Ersev Demiroz as its new General Manager, reinforcing the resort’s leadership in luxury hospitality. The appointment comes on the heels of the resort receiving two prestigious accolades at the 2025 World Travel Awards: World’s Leading Corporate Resort and Middle East’s Leading Corporate Resort.
With over 30 years in luxury hospitality, Demiroz brings extensive experience from globally renowned brands, including Mandarin Oriental and Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts. Most recently, he managed operations at Mandarin Oriental Exceptional Homes in Bodrum, overseeing villas, residences, and expansive F&B facilities.
Demiroz has also held senior leadership roles across Four Seasons properties in destinations such as Maldives, Jakarta, Riyadh, Doha, Sharm El Sheikh, Istanbul, Seychelles, Beirut, Berlin, and Newport Beach. Known for his strategic vision and ability to inspire high-performing teams, he is fluent in English, German, and Turkish.
