The Centre for Judicial Research and Studies, a division of the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (ADJD), has achieved notable progress in scientific research and studies, resulting in significant recommendations.
These include a proposed study on judicial insurance, aimed at providing commercial companies and businessmen with the opportunity to secure insurance against potential financial obligations arising from decisions delivered by commercial jurisdictions.
The Centre’s Board of Directors, led by Yousef Saeed Alabri, Undersecretary of the ADJD, discussed various research topics during a recent meeting, with a focus on enhancing the legislative and judicial framework.
These efforts align with the Abu Dhabi government’s strategic vision of fostering an investment-friendly climate and promoting competitiveness and entrepreneurship in the emirate.
