Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced the reintroduction of four bus routes for the 2024–2025 season of Global Village, which began on October 16. The routes are designed to enhance accessibility for visitors and are as follows:
- Route 102: From Rashidiya Bus Station, operating every 60 minutes
- Route 103: From Union Bus Station, operating every 40 minutes
- Route 104: From Al Ghubaiba Bus Station, operating every 60 minutes
- Route 106: From Mall of the Emirates Bus Station, operating every 60 minutes
Coach buses will ensure a comfortable and safe transit experience for visitors traveling to and from Global Village.
Last season, RTA’s Global Village bus service recorded a significant increase in ridership, serving 573,759 passengers compared to 448,716 in the 2022–2023 season, marking a 22% rise.
In addition to the bus services, RTA has also resumed its popular tourist abra services within Global Village, featuring two electric-powered abras for guests throughout the season.
