The Cleveland Clinic Global Innovation Summit in Oncology Care and the New Frontiers Summit in Advanced Hepatobiliary Tumors and Transplantation Oncology will convene over 50 experts in oncology and gastroenterology from the Cleveland Clinic’s global network. These summits underscore the hospital’s pivotal role in medical education and innovation.

The Cleveland Clinic Global Summit for Innovation in Oncology Care, slated for April 19-21 at the Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi, will be led by Dr. Faiq Al Jamali, a Consultant General Surgeon at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi’s Digestive Diseases Institute. This summit, accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education, will cover various topics including cancer screening, prevention, and advancements in surgical and radiation oncology.
The New Horizons Summit in Advanced Hepatobiliary Tumors and Transplantation Oncology, accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education, will be held on April 27-28 at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, under the leadership of Dr. Cristiano Quintini, Head of the Digestive Diseases Institute. This event will attract experts in organ transplantation, liver and bile duct diseases, and oncology, focusing on therapeutic procedures and innovative advancements in the field.
Additionally, the summit will launch the annual Surgical Education Week for Residents, providing resident doctors across the Emirates with practical skills and guidance from distinguished surgeons, alongside career planning and life support lessons.
