The municipality has ensured the provision of all necessary equipment and has elevated its state of preparedness to promptly respond to any developments in weather conditions.
Under the guidance of the Supreme Rain Emergency Committee and its affiliated teams, the municipality has mobilized resources including tanks, mobile pumps, and a range of heavy and light machinery. Additionally, the call center’s readiness has been enhanced to swiftly address emergency situations, particularly in light of anticipated high-speed winds as reported by relevant authorities.
Furthermore, the municipality has issued a precautionary advisory to engineering consulting firms and contractors, urging vigilance at construction sites. Measures include securing tower cranes and ensuring site safety protocols are strictly adhered to, given the expected intensity of the wind conditions.
