In a commendable effort to continually enhance the goals and values of the Ministry of Interior, the Ajman Police General Command has successfully obtained seven certificates of registration for intellectual works for the year 2023. This achievement reflects the commitment to achieving the highest level of leadership in excellence and innovation on a global scale.
Brigadier General Mohammed Shaiban Suwaidan, Director of the Human Resources Department at Ajman Police, highlighted the significance of this accomplishment, stating that the acquisition of seven intellectual works certificates in 2023 adds to the series of achievements by Ajman Police. He noted that these works represent a distinguished addition to the nine intellectual works classifications already attributed to Ajman Police.
Brigadier Shaiban underscored that the intellectual works certificates are a testament to the collective efforts of the Human Resources Department’s employees throughout the year. The department’s focus remains on enhancing leadership and innovation in human resources management, elevating employee performance, analyzing challenges, and finding successful solutions. Moreover, the department is dedicated to leveraging technology and emotional intelligence in training initiatives to stimulate and empower human resources.
