Abu Dhabi Marine Sports Club Gears Up for Second Round of UAE Motorcycle Championship

Tomorrow, the Abu Dhabi Marine Sports Club is set to host the second round of the UAE Motorcycle Championship at the breakwater in Abu Dhabi. The event is organized under the patronage of Sheikh Mohammed bin Sultan bin Khalifa Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Club’s Board of Directors.

Comprising five categories, namely Masters, Challenger, Juniors, Men’s Rockies, and Women’s Rockies, the championship has garnered significant attention, with registration witnessing a substantial turnout. The anticipation for this round has been heightened following the success of the first round held within the Abu Dhabi Marine Festival, where over 40 participants competed.

Salem Al Rumaithi, General Manager of the Abu Dhabi Marine Sports Club, expressed a warm welcome to the participants of the upcoming tournament, emphasizing the club’s happiness in hosting the first round, which achieved considerable success. Al Rumaithi noted the growing interest in motorcycle sports among racers, technicians, and clubs, despite its relatively recent introduction. He highlighted the enthusiasm of participants in various tournaments and categories, attracting a significant number of young racers eager to engage in the challenges and elevate their technical skills.
