Dubai-based luxury dining and lifestyle group Fundamental Hospitality has announced plans to invest $200 million in a major global expansion programme in 2026, as it looks to strengthen international demand for its homegrown brands and diversify into new sectors.
Founded and chaired by Evgeny Kuzin, the group said the investment will support its next phase of growth, including its first move into luxury hotels and branded residential developments. The expansion reflects the rising global appeal of the company’s “Made in Dubai” hospitality concepts, which blend high-end dining, design and lifestyle experiences.
Fundamental Hospitality has steadily expanded its footprint beyond the UAE in recent years, exporting its premium brands to key global destinations. The planned investment will accelerate that strategy, allowing the group to enter new markets and broaden its portfolio beyond standalone dining venues.
The company said further details on locations and projects will be announced in due course, as it positions itself as a global player in luxury hospitality rooted in Dubai’s fast-growing international reputation.
