In his role as the Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, has issued two significant decrees aimed at enhancing the governance of key organizations in Dubai.
Decree No. (41) of 2023 – Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has issued Decree No. (41) of 2023, focusing on the formation of the Board of Directors for the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment. This crucial organization will be chaired by Abdulla Abdul Rahman Al Shaibani, with Mohammed Abdullah Al Tawhidi serving as the Vice Chairman.
The distinguished members of the Board include Nasser Abdullah bin Kherbash, Ali Muhammad Al-Mutawa, Hamdan Khalifa Al Shair, Jumaa Saeed Khalaf Al-Ghaith, Hind Obaid Al-Ghashiyah Al Marri, and Abdulaziz Mohammed bin Shafar Al Marri, in addition to the CEO of the Establishment.
Decree No. (42) of 2023 – Professional Communication Corporation (Nedaa)
In another significant move, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has issued Decree No. (42) of 2023, establishing the Board of Directors for the Professional Communication Corporation, known as Nedaa. This important corporation will be chaired by Hamad Obaid Al Mansouri, and Yousef Abdulmalek Ahli will serve as the Vice Chairman.
The accomplished members of the Board include Jamal Hamed Al Marri and Humaid Rabai Al Suwaidi, along with the CEO of the Corporation.
Both decrees are effective immediately from the date of issuance and will be duly published in the Official Gazette. These strategic appointments underscore the commitment of Dubai’s leadership to strengthening the governance and effectiveness of key organizations, ensuring they continue to serve the best interests of the emirate and its residents.
