ABU DHABI, UAE — Residents in Abu Dhabi will be unable to pay their electricity and water bills or access other services from the Abu Dhabi Distribution Company (ADDC) for 24 hours due to scheduled maintenance. The utilities provider announced that its website and call center services will be down from 8 p.m. on Friday, December 13, until 8 p.m. on Saturday, December 14.
During this maintenance period, water and electricity supply will continue without interruption. However, ADDC has emphasized that only emergency incidents related to electricity (via 991) and water (via 992) will be addressed.
Residents are advised to plan ahead for any transactions or service requests to avoid inconvenience during the scheduled downtime.
