Mohammed Saif Al Shehhi officially presented his credentials to Nikos Christodoulides, the President of the Republic of Cyprus, during a ceremony held at the Presidential Palace in Nicosia. Al Shehhi assumed his role as the Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to the Republic of Cyprus.
During the ceremony, Al Shehhi conveyed the greetings and well wishes of President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum (Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai), and His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan (Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of the Presidential Court). He expressed the hope for further development and prosperity for the people of Cyprus.
In response, Christodoulides conveyed his greetings and well wishes to the UAE’s leadership, including President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan. He expressed his country’s readiness to support and facilitate the duties of the UAE Ambassador in strengthening bilateral relations between the two nations.
Al Shehhi expressed his pride in representing the UAE in Cyprus and expressed his commitment to enhancing bilateral relations across various fields. He emphasized the importance of strengthening the friendship between the two countries. The Ambassador’s focus will be on fostering cooperation and collaboration to achieve mutual growth and prosperity.
