Dubai Police have shut down four printing houses for violating laws related to the production of massage cards, as part of a broader crackdown on illegal promotional activities.
Authorities have reaffirmed their commitment to eliminating negative practices associated with the distribution of massage cards, warning that individuals involved in such activities could face legal consequences.
In a statement, Dubai Police emphasized their collaboration with relevant partners to combat these unlawful practices and maintain the security of the community.
“The Dubai Police remain dedicated to addressing negative practices and ensuring the safety of residents and visitors,” the statement read.
The public has been urged to report any instances of massage card distribution or placement in public areas by calling the toll-free number 901 or using the “Police Eye” feature on the Dubai Police app.
Additionally, authorities have warned against contacting phone numbers listed on these cards, cautioning that doing so may expose individuals to risks such as theft or extortion.
The General Department of Criminal Investigation and Forensics has formed a dedicated team to handle reports of illegal activities around the clock, reinforcing Dubai Police’s commitment to upholding law and order.
Residents are encouraged to use the 901 call center for non-emergency cases, where specialized personnel are available 24/7 to receive and address public concerns.
