The emirate-level Elections Committees play a vital role as executive bodies of the National Elections Committee. Working closely with the Elections Management Committee, they oversee the technical and administrative aspects of the Federal National Council elections in each emirate. Their responsibilities include receiving the final electoral college lists, notifying its members, providing necessary forms for the electoral process, coordinating with municipalities for campaign advertisement locations, proposing election centers, verifying candidate eligibility, monitoring adherence to campaign rules, reporting violations, and raising awareness about the electoral process through campaigns.
